Professional experience:
In his practice so far Tervel has successfully accomplished a number of projects including: registration of financial institutions and preparation of all types of internal regulations, general terms and conditions and standard contracts needed for their business activity; financing of construction projects, including co-financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under the Energy Efficiency Financing Programme of EU/EBRD and establishing the securities related thereto; due diligence of the ownership and regulation status of industrial and office real estates; overall assistance to international companies in regard to their participation in public procurement procedures; liquidation of companies. Tervel has experience in court representation of clients in bankruptcy proceedings, enforcement and collateral proceedings, administrative proceedings (including on tax cases), as well as in court defence on commercial disputes (including disputes related to construction contracts). He has accomplished a training course in arbitration and alternative methods of dispute resolution with the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. In addition, Tervel successfully works on projects related to the daily business activity of the clients, such as: transactions with real estates; entry of circumstances and announcement of acts into the Commercial Register; drafting different types of agreements, etc.
