Professional experience:
Miroslava has gained experience in the preparation of different contracts for providing of services and of documents relating to the registration and changes in the corporate status of companies, including preparation and submission of documents for contribution-in-kind of real estates and receivables. She knows in detail the regulation of clinical studies of pharmaceutical products, has drafted different types of contracts and documents governing the relations between participants in procedures for clinical studies of pharmaceutical products – investigators, hospitals, state authorities and patients. She consults clients on the conducting of promotional and marketing campaigns in compliance with provisions of competition and personal data protection legislation.
