Professional experience:
Ralitsa has considerable experience in the field of tax law and litigation initiated by appealing of tax assessment acts and other acts issued by the Bulgarian revenue authorities and the Social Security Institute. She advises Bulgarian and foreign companies on tax issues and issues related to the procedures concerning issuance and appealing of administrative acts and prepares appeals, claims and requests connected with the exercise of the right of defense before administrative body and court. Ralitsa represents clients before court in lawsuits on tax and social security cases.
Ralitsa has over 15 years of experience in the fields of tax law and court representation before the Sofia City/Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. The professional interests of Ralitsa are focused on Litigation and Arbitration.
