Professional experience:
Natalia has extensive experience in structuring and realization of numerous privatization and acquisition deals, including upon entering of foreign investors on the Bulgarian market and structuring of their business through acquisitions of real estates and developments, acquisition of companies and share participations, as well as realization of different schemes for restructuring of commercial companies, including domestic and trans-border ones. Her flair for details and in the same time comprehensive approach make her a successful leader of teams performing due diligence and valued participant in teams performing agreed upon procedures for big production companies, banks and projects funded under PHARE programme, EU operational programmes “Developing of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy”, “Regional Development” and “Administrative Capacity”. Natalia advised a number of financial institutions for the fundings granted by them as well as for their financing by international financial institutions. She has material experience in court representation in commercial disputes, proceedings under the Protection of Competition Act, as well as in bankruptcy proceedings. She consults the overall activity of numerous production and commercial companies in different economic spheres – alimentary, textile and furniture industry, producers and traders of pharmaceutical products, companies for extraction and processing of mineral and metal raw materials, construction of infrastructure projects, production, office and residential buildings.
Natalia has more than 20 years of experience in advising and assisting domestic and foreign clients in the following practice areas: corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction, competition law, pharmaceutical law, banking and finance, employment and social security law, litigation and arbitration, liquidation and bankruptcy.
Before founding Dimitrova & Partners Law Firm, Natalia worked as attorney-at-law with Ernst & Young AFA OOD, AFA OOD and as legal counsel in an insurance company.
