Professional experience:
Dimitrina advises mainly foreign investors upon setting up their business or their expansion to Bulgaria. She is experienced in performing due diligence reviews of companies operating in different economic spheres, in structuring different types of takeovers, mergers and acquisitions and in leading them to successful accomplishment. She is used to the drafting and negotiating the terms and conditions of complex contractual schemes: business cooperation agreements, private equity and venture capital agreements, share purchase agreements and ones for acquisitions of going concerns, aggregates of assets, etc. She advises the overall activity of real estate investors in Bulgaria on all aspects of acquisition and disposal with real estates, spatial development and construction, among which the whole process of acquisition of over 400 decares agricultural land and its spatial regulation, as well as a number of developments for construction of residential and industrial buildings. Dimitrina provides consultations on the activity and registration of financial institutions and provides assistance for the whole financing process from negotiation of financing terms to establishment of the collaterals and their realization.
